Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Inspects Bakhtiyarpur Projects, Directs Quick Completion

On Tuesday, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inspected various ongoing projects in Bakhtiyarpur and directed their speedy completion. During this visit, he inspected the proposed link of the Ganga channel at Ghansurpur in Bakhtiyarpur block. The Additional Chief Secretary of the Water Resources Department, Chaitanya Prasad, briefed the Chief Minister about the plan to link the flow of the Ganga River from Ghansurpur to Ramnagar via Sidhi Ghat.

The Chief Minister also inspected the under-construction railway overbridge near Bakhtiyarpur Engineering College and instructed to expedite its completion. Once finished, this will establish a direct connection between Bakhtiyarpur Engineering College and the four-lane road.
